Job summary

Jumeirah is hiring a Guest Services Executive – Spa Department to join the team at Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain. The role focuses on greeting guests, handling inquiries, and coordinating spa amenities with attention to service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably international.
• Good knowledge of Opera system.
• Experience in an international environment with awareness of cultural differences.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests within the spa and ensure reception areas meet standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and arrange amenities according to guest needs.
• Identify and address guest dissatisfaction following the property's procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception desk and spa areas.
• Prepare tables/trays and coordinate with the team to meet guest requirements.
