Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Receptionist - Spa Operations to join our Spa Operations team in the UAE. You will warmly greet guests, manage reservations, provide service information, and ensure a Forbes Five Star standard in all guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage spa reservations, cancellations, and confirmations using spa management software.
• Provide accurate information about spa services, packages, promotions, and retail products.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and courteously.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Maintain daily appointment schedules and coordinate with therapists and attendants.
• Monitor inventory of front desk supplies and retail products.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the spa reception area.
• Ensure Forbes Five Star standards are delivered in guest interactions.
• Keep reception area clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Support marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions.
• Track and report on guest feedback and sales performance.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club.
