Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE seeks an experienced Aesthetician to join its luxury Spa Operations team. The role focuses on delivering high-end facial and body treatments in a Forbes Five Star environment.

You will conduct skin analyses, maintain pristine treatment rooms, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while upselling skincare products and supporting events. Multilingual candidates with spa brand experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in aesthetics or cosmetology.
• Valid professional license as per local regulations.
• 1–2 years of spa, salon, or wellness center experience.
• Strong skincare knowledge and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing and other skincare services.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and home care.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Ensure a warm, welcoming and professional guest environment.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
• Upsell spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience.
• Collaborate with Spa team to support daily operations and events.
