Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Aesthetician to join its Spa Operations team. You will perform facials, body treatments, waxing, and skincare services in a luxury resort setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Aesthetics or Cosmetology, a valid license, 1–2 years in a spa or luxury hospitality environment, and strong interpersonal and multilingual skills to greet international guests.

Formación

• Diploma or certification in Aesthetics or Cosmetology from a recognized institution.
• Valid professional license.
• 1–2 years of experience in a spa, salon, or wellness center.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with luxury spa brands or five-star hospitality environments.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing, and other skincare services.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and home care products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for all guests.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are delivered.
• Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product innovations.
• Upsell spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with the Spa team to support daily operations and special events.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
