Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Receptionist – Salon Operations to be the first point of contact for guests. You will manage bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and payments while delivering warm, professional service that aligns with Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star standards.

Reporting to the Manager – Salon Operations, you will work with stylists and technicians to ensure timely service, maintain a pristine front desk, and assist with administrative tasks and sales promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a salon, spa, or luxury hospitality front desk is preferred; pre-opening experience welcomed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally on arrival and ensure a gracious farewell on departure.
• Manage appointment bookings via telephone, online platforms, and walk-ins.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain an immaculate, well-organized reception and retail area at all times.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing knowledgeable information about services, products, and promotions.
• Coordinate closely with stylists and technicians to ensure timely, seamless service delivery.
• Monitor and replenish inventory of front desk supplies and retail products.
• Deliver service in line with Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star standards.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks, records, and reporting.
• Uphold salon policies and procedures and follow up to ensure every guest leaves fully satisfied.
• Promote salon services, retail products, and current promotions to enhance the guest experience and support sales.
