Job summary

Van den Bosch in Dubai seeks a Solutions Engineer who bridges business and IT, analysing requirements, translating them into user stories and specifications, and safeguarding the quality of the results. You will work with various departments and coordinate with suppliers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You will have 3+ years in solutions engineering or IT project roles, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong English and analytical skills to challenge feasibility and drive value.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in solutions engineering, business analysis or IT project roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Industrial Engineering and Management, Supply Chain Management or comparable field.
• Fluency in English; strong analytical skills; ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Current residence in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Analyse requirements and translate them into user stories and specifications.
• Safeguard the quality of delivered results and ensure new solutions fit with existing systems.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, HR, Sales and IT and with suppliers.
• Contribute ideas on automation, scalability and continuous improvement.
