Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in bridge construction, rehabilitation, or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of bridge structures, concrete repair, and maintenance methods.
• Experience on UAE infrastructure projects preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise bridge construction and maintenance on-site.
• Coordinate daily activities with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor progress to ensure safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and submittals.
• Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and work plans.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, RTA, and authorities.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality control activities.
• Provide technical support in project meetings.
