Job summary

Veson Nautical is seeking a Project Manager in Dubai to lead cross-functional teams delivering software implementations on time, within scope, and on budget. You will define project scopes and objectives, and ensure technical feasibility while aligning client business models with software products.

Required are 4+ years in project management with consulting or business analysis, Prince2/PMP or equivalent, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

Over 4 years of experience as a Project Manager with consulting or business analysis skills.
Formal project management qualification (Prince2, PMP, or similar).
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Analytical approach with strong attention to detail.
Proven planning, organizational, and facilitation skills.
Ability to travel up to 80%, including being site-based at client locations.
Degree qualified in IT, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Business, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve client and company business objectives
Manage multiple software implementation projects ensuring they are on time, on scope, and on budget
Develop project scopes, objectives, and technical feasibility
Act as a solution architect to align client business models with software products
Facilitate business process analysis and requirements gathering
Identify and track critical path activities, risks, and contingencies
Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and third parties
Provide regular project updates to management regarding budget and status
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
