Job summary

SITA Group is seeking a Solution Specialist/Manager to bridge between customers, sales, and product teams in the CDX portfolio across the Middle East and Africa. You will translate complex customer needs into compelling solution narratives, driving opportunities from discovery through offer development.

Reporting to the Product Management Director, you will help expand connectivity, cybersecurity, networking, and managed services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong pre-sales and solution consulting experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BDMs to identify and progress opportunities in the CDX portfolio.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, and solution discussions.
• Present and position networking, connectivity, cybersecurity, and digital solutions to customers and partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor across sales, product, and engineering through the opportunity lifecycle.
• Build and maintain opportunity pipelines with regional sales teams and support account growth.
• Translate customer needs into actionable requirements and support business case development.
• Contribute to RFP responses and solution positioning activities.
