Job summary

A leading IT services provider in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics. This role involves analyzing business requirements and developing solutions within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and advanced programming skills in C#, .NET, and JavaScript. A master's degree in computer applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems
• Lead the development of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portals to streamline workflows and enhance business operations
• Design and implement integrations using Azure Logic Apps
• Apps, Functions, and CI / CD pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency
• Oversee CRM upgrades, plugin development, and system configurations for optimal service delivery
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused outcomes on time
• Manage data migration projects, ensuring accuracy and continuity between systems
• Create technical documentation, low-level designs, and conduct workshops to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Integrate 3rd party tools with Dynamics
• Develop custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server for advanced customization and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer applications or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions
