Job summary

Compass International LLC in Dubai is seeking a Sales Executive to drive the sale of our enterprise software, including TENX ERP, to organisations across the UAE. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial meeting to contract signing, based at our Dubai Silicon Oasis office.

The role requires proven ERP sales experience, a track record with large enterprises or government clients, and a valid UAE base with own car for regular client visits across the Emirates.

Compass International is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our team at our office in Dubai Silicon Oasis.

You’ll sell our enterprise software, including our flagship TENX ERP, to organisations across the UAE. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from first meeting to signed contract.
