Job summary

BESIX is seeking a Soft Services Supervisor in the UAE to oversee daily soft services operations, including cleaning, waste management, and landscaping. You will lead site teams, manage performance, ensure service standards, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to deliver efficient, compliant services.

The role requires 3–5 years in soft services within Facility Management, a relevant degree, UAE driving license, and strong supervision and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management or Hospitality preferred.
• 3–5 years of soft services experience in Facility Management.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and equipment.
• Computer skills including reporting, emails, and CMMS.
• Strong supervision, communication, and customer service skills.
• BICS certification.
• UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily soft services operations across cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control coordination, landscaping, and janitorial services.
• Lead and manage soft services staff with manpower deployment, attendance monitoring, and performance management.
• Allocate daily tasks and provide training to maintain high service standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of washrooms, common areas, offices, and public spaces for cleanliness and compliance.
• Monitor deliveries against SLAs and client expectations; implement corrective actions.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene procedures; ensure PPE and chemicals are used properly.
• Coordinate with facility management teams, subcontractors, helpdesk, and clients for smooth service delivery.
• Manage client requests, complaints, and feedback with timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and support audits and client reporting.
• Assist Facility Manager in achieving KPIs and contractual obligations while complying with policies.
