Job summary

Tasleeh Facility Management in Dubai is seeking a Soft Services Supervisor to oversee non-technical services such as cleaning, security, waste management, and landscaping, ensuring SLAs are met and quality is maintained.

You will supervise service providers, coordinate with contractors, handle rostering, conduct inspections, and ensure safety compliance while driving client satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in facilities management, hospitality management, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience in facilities management or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of soft services, ensuring tasks are performed on schedule.
• Coordinate with service providers and contractors to meet contract specifications and standards.
• Allocate and manage staff resources, including rostering and task assignment.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of soft services.
• Monitor performance of service providers and staff and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Address client or facility user complaints regarding soft services.
• Prepare and present performance reports for soft services.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
