Job summary

Facilico Facilities Management is seeking an Assistant Soft Service Manager to lead day-to-day operations and ensure services meet agreed SLAs in Dubai. You will supervise in-house and outsourced cleaning staff, coach supervisors, coordinate with departments and respond to service issues, reporting to the Senior Soft Services Manager.

A UAE driving license and 5 years in Soft Services are required. This full-time role offers a dynamic environment with hands-on leadership and operational training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Soft Services.
• Experience supervising cleaning staff.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of day-to-day operations within the company, ensuring all services are executed on time and in alignment with agreed service levels.
• Management and supervision of different disciplines of in-house and outsourced staff.
• Act as a first responder in case of service complaints, handling issues hands-on and reporting to the line manager for further action.
• Coaching of supervisors.
• Management of operational training and deployment of staff.
• Coordinating with various departments for operational needs.
• Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the Senior Soft Services Manager.
