Soft Services Supervisor: Elevate Facility Experience

Job summary

Six Construct, a BESIX Group subsidiary, is seeking a Soft Services Supervisor to oversee cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and janitorial services across our UAE sites.

You will lead site teams, ensure health and safety compliance, monitor SLAs and client expectations, manage client feedback, and support the Facility Manager in achieving KPIs and contractual obligations while upholding the highest service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or Hospitality.
• 3–5 years of experience in soft services within Facility Management.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals and equipment.
• UAE Driving License and BICS certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily soft services operations including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control coordination, landscaping and janitorial services.
• Lead and manage soft services staff, ensuring manpower deployment, attendance monitoring and performance management.
• Allocate daily tasks and provide training to maintain high service standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of washrooms, common areas, offices, and public spaces for cleanliness and standards.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and client expectations; implement corrective actions.
• Enforce health, safety and hygiene procedures and proper PPE usage.
• Coordinate with facility management teams, subcontractors, helpdesk and clients for smooth service delivery.
• Manage client requests, complaints and feedback with timely resolutions.
• Maintain records, reports and documentation; support audits and client reporting requirements.
• Assist the Facility Manager in achieving KPIs and contractual obligations while upholding policies.
