Job summary

Six Construct in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Soft Services Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping and janitorial services on site. You will allocate tasks, train staff, monitor attendance, and ensure high service standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or Hospitality, 3–5 years in soft services within FM, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and strong supervision and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or Hospitality preferred.
• 3–5 years' experience in soft services within Facility Management.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals and equipment.
• Proficient computer skills including reporting, emails and CMMS.
• Strong supervision, communication and customer service skills.
• BICS certification and UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily soft services operations including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, landscaping and janitorial services.
• Lead and manage soft services staff with effective manpower deployment and performance management.
• Conduct routine inspections of washrooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and client expectations; implement corrective actions.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, support audits and client reporting.
• Coordinate with facility management teams, subcontractors, helpdesk and clients to ensure smooth delivery.
• Assist the Facility Manager in achieving KPIs and contractual obligations while maintaining compliance.

Supervise daily soft services operations including cleaning housekeeping waste management pest control coordination landscaping and janitorial services Lead and manage soft services staff ensuring effective manpower deployment attendance monitoring and performance management Allocate daily tasks and provide training and guidance to maintain high service standards Conduct routine inspections of washrooms common areas offices and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with service standards Monitor service delivery against SLAs contractual requirements and client expectations implementing corrective actions when required Enforce health safety and hygiene procedures ensuring proper use of PPE equipment and cleaning chemicals Coordinate with facility management teams subcontractors helpdesk functions and clients to ensure smooth service delivery Manage client requests complaints and feedback ensuring timely resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction Control and monitor cleaning materials consumables chemicals and equipment to support efficient and cost-effective operations Ensure proper housekeeping waste segregation and cleanliness across all site facilities and storage areas Maintain accurate operational records inspection reports attendance logs and service documentation Prepare regular reports and support audits inspections and client reporting requirements Support emergency cleaning activities special events VIP visits and other site operational requirements Assist the Facility Manager in achieving KPIs service targets and contractual obligations while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree (Facility Management or Hospitality background preferred). 3 5 years of experience in soft services within Facility Management. Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and equipment. Computer skills, including reporting, emails, and CMMS. Strong supervision, communication, and customer service skills. BICS certification. UAE Driving License.
