Job summary

Sobha Constructions LLC in Dubai seeks a Facilities Supervisor to manage housekeeping and soft services, and to supervise outsourced contracts. You will ensure CAFM updates, train staff, and maintain excellent relationships with clients and vendors.

The role requires a degree in FM and at least 3 years of supervisory experience, plus a UAE driving license and strong communication skills. This on-site position offers stability and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably with a background in Facilities Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in soft services.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in using CAFM system.
• Holder of UAE valid driving license (minimum one year old).

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility management services including housekeeping and soft services.

• Ensure timely CAFM system updates by teams.
• Train and multi-skill staff; ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for facility management services including housekeeping and soft service-related specialist services
• Managing all soft services outsourced service contracts
• Ensuring an adequate availability of supply of materials and service for the proper operation of the buildings
• Train team members in all aspects of the technical and non- technical services
• Actively multi skill all Company staff to increase flexibility and job satisfaction
• Report any incidents within the agreed time frame
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives on site and check effectiveness
• Ensure CAFM system is updated by teams on timely basis and cross verify on regular frequency basis
• To ensure excellent relationships is maintained with the customers our suppliers and subcontractors
• To ensure monthly reports inputs are provided to FM Admin on monthly basis for reports
• Ensure team maintain goo hygiene and grooming standards
• Responsibility for training and development of team members
• Efficiently utilize the resource and ensure service delivery is delivered to customer satisfaction
• Ensures compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Report challenges with respect to resources to line management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor rsquo s degree preferably with a background in Facilities Management
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in soft services ideally with FM industry
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in using CAFM system
• Holding UAE valid driving license minimum one year old licence
• Excellent communication reporting and stakeholder management skills
