Job summary

Six Construct (BESIX) in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Soft Services Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, and landscaping across facilities. You will lead a team, ensure compliance with SLAs, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.

The role requires a 3–5 year track record in soft services, knowledge of cleaning standards and chemicals, and UAE driving license. BICS certification is preferred and CMMS reporting is part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management or Hospitality preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in soft services within Facility Management.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and equipment.
• Computer skills including reporting and CMMS.
• BICS certification.
• UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily soft services operations including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, and landscaping.
• Lead and manage soft services staff and ensure effective manpower deployment.
• Conduct routine inspections of common areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and contractual requirements.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene procedures and ensure proper use of PPE.
• Coordinate with facility management teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Manage client requests, complaints, and feedback for timely resolution.
• Control and monitor cleaning materials, consumables, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate operational records, inspection reports, and attendance logs.
• Support emergency cleaning activities and VIP visits.
