Job summary

Excellerate Services LLC in Dubai seeks a Soft Services Manager to take overall responsibility for the operational activity of Facility Management (Soft services). You will plan, implement and monitor all service streams to ensure cost-effective, high-quality services delivered promptly.

The role requires leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, budget preparation, and close collaboration with clients and suppliers to meet government and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years UAE facility management experience.
• Strong oversight of soft services and housekeeping operations.
• Valid driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multi-disciplinary teams including Cleaning/Housekeeping.
• Plan, monitor and improve service streams to meet quality and cost targets.
• Prepare forecasts and annual budgets; analyze variances.
• Lead day-to-day operations and ensure timely, responsive service delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and engineers to ensure compliance.
