Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of integrated facility management principles is desirable.
• Certifications in soft services management, health and safety, or vendor management are an advantage.
• Proficiency with operational tools and data fluency essential for performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with soft services team to monitor daily operations and compliance with SLAs/KPIs.
• Coordinate vendor activities including contract adherence, quality control, and issue resolution.
• Support management of work permits and incident reporting systems.
• Assist in space planning and troubleshoot MEP issues with technical staff.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve communication and efficiency.
• Participate in planning activities aligned with organizational goals and drive continuous improvements.
