Job summary

Khidmah in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Soft Manager to oversee soft services operations within the UAE Integrated Facility Management team. You will monitor daily performance, ensure SLA and KPI targets are met, and coordinate with vendors to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering or related field.
Comprehensive knowledge of integrated facility management principles.
Certifications in soft services management, health and safety, or vendor management are a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily operations of soft services to meet SLAs and KPIs.
Coordinate vendor activities, ensure contract adherence and quality.
Support work permits and incident reporting to uphold safety standards.
Assist in space planning and troubleshoot MEP issues with technical staff.
Build relationships with internal and external partners to improve communication.
Plan operations aligned with goals and drive process improvements.
