Job Purpose
The Assistant Soft Manager plays a crucial role within UAE - Integrated Facility Management's Operations department, based in Abu Dhabi. This position supports the smooth execution of facility management services by overseeing key operational areas and ensuring adherence to established SLAs and KPIs. It serves as a vital link between soft services teams, vendors, and management, enabling efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
