Job summary

Kunnected Living Facilities Management Services LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Soft Services Executive to oversee day-to-day operations of soft services at a large school facility. You will lead a multicultural team to deliver cleaning, security, landscaping and support services while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The role focuses on achieving high service standards, managing KPIs and coordinating vendors, with responsibility for training, safety briefings, and stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Facilities Management or related field.
• First Aid/CPR and IOSH or equivalent HSE certifications.
• Experience with risk assessments and safety procedures.
• Experience managing soft services in education or healthcare.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily soft services operations including cleaning, security, landscaping and reception.
• Lead soft services supervisors and staff; monitor shift coverage and attendance.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and a supportive learning environment.
• Review permits, risk assessments and SWMS for contractors.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; report to Facilities Manager.
• Coordinate procurement requests and inventory of consumables.
• Organize safety briefings and toolbox talks.
• Support HR in recruitment, onboarding and training.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with health, safety and school procedures.
• Maintain documentation for audits and inspections.
