Job summary

Kunnected Living Facilities Management Services LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Soft Services Executive to oversee day-to-day operations of soft services within a large-scale school facility. The role focuses on ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient delivery of cleaning, security, landscaping, and support services.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of facilities management experience, preferably in schools or campuses.
• Strong knowledge of HSE compliance and local guidelines (ADEK, OSHAD).
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CAFM/FM tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of soft services including cleaning, security, pest control, waste management, landscaping, mailroom, and reception services.
• Lead and manage a team of soft services supervisors and frontline staff for coverage, performance, and attendance.
• Respond promptly to requests or complaints from school management, teaching staff, and stakeholders.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive learning environment across academic buildings, staff accommodations, and grounds.
• Prepare and review work permits, risk assessments, and SWMS for contractors on site.
• Monitor service performance against KPIs and SLAs; report to Facilities Manager.
• Oversee inventory control of consumables and coordinate procurement requests as needed.
• Organize toolbox talks, safety briefings, and huddles to reinforce safety culture.
• Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of soft service personnel with HR.
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to health and safety policies and school procedures.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for audits, inspections, and quality checks.
• Act as primary contact for service provider management and liaise during events.
• Participate in emergency drills; train staff in first aid, fire safety, and evacuation.
