Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
• 5 years minimum experience within a soft services department in a facilities management environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably BICSc certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of cleaning services and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Ensure SLAs are met and services are compliant.
• Conduct audits with service providers and address shortfalls.
• Maintain safety standards and perform health and safety inspections.
• Communicate with client and cover for Soft Services Manager when needed.
