Job summary

Keolishyderabad is seeking a Soft Services Manager to lead cleaning and facilities management activities in Dubai. You will ensure service delivery aligns with contracts, SLAs, and safety standards while coordinating with subcontractors and client representatives.

The role requires 3+ years in similar environments and 5+ years in soft services. A High School Diploma is required, with BICSc preferred. Expect a demanding, shift-based schedule and a focus on quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferably BICSc certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• 5 years in a soft services environment within FM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver essential site services and maintain quality at all times.
• Monitor third party service providers to meet contractual SLAs.
• Conduct audits with service providers and address shortfalls.
• Ensure compliance with UAE environmental regulations and best practices.
• Maintain records and documentation in a timely, systematic manner.
• Communicate with clients when the line manager is unavailable.
• Provide flexible cover for the Soft Services Manager when needed.
