Land Sterling is seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our Dubai marketing team. You will manage the social media presence for Land Sterling and group businesses, handling content planning, copywriting, publishing, community management and performance analysis across multiple platforms.

Create engaging, platform-specific content, grow online audiences and turn engagement into meaningful business enquiries.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on social media management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
• Excellent written English, copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Experience with scheduling tools and analytics for performance reporting.
• Ability to work with internal teams to deliver campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms.
• Develop and maintain content calendars, ensuring consistent publishing and brand alignment.
• Create engaging captions, posts, Stories, Reels and other platform-specific content.
• Coordinate with Content Creator, Photographer and Videographer on briefs and campaigns.
• Manage daily publishing, scheduling and audience engagement across all active accounts.
• Monitor comments and DMs, respond to enquiries and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Support promotions and campaigns, monitoring budgets and performance.
• Track performance reports: reach, engagement, audience growth, clicks and enquiries.
• Research industry trends and audience behaviour to identify opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools to support content research, copywriting and workflow efficiency.

Land Sterling is a multidisciplinary consultancy providing professional services across the property and construction sectors. We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our growing Marketing team in Dubai.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the social media presence of Land Sterling and other businesses within the group. This is a hands‑on role combining content planning, copywriting, publishing, community management and performance analysis across multiple social media platforms.

We are looking for someone who understands how to create engaging, platform‑specific content, build online audiences and turn social media engagement into meaningful business enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and maintain content calendars, ensuring consistent publishing and brand alignment.
• Create engaging captions, posts, Stories, Reels and other platform‑specific content.
• Coordinate with the Content Creator, Photographer and Videographer on creative briefs, campaigns and content production.
• Manage daily publishing, scheduling and audience engagement across all active accounts.
• Monitor comments and direct messages, respond to enquiries and coordinate with relevant internal teams.
• Support social media promotions and campaigns, monitoring budgets and performance.
• Track social media performance through regular reports, analysing reach, engagement, audience growth, clicks and enquiries.
• Research industry trends, competitors and audience behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Leverage AI tools to support content research, copywriting, creative development and workflow efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on social media management experience, preferably managing multiple business accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Excellent written English, copywriting, and proofreading skills.
• Practical experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Page tools, and social media scheduling platforms.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar tools for creating basic social media content.
• Experience using AI tools for content development, research and creative ideas.
• Ability to interpret social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in real estate, property consultancy, or professional services is an advantage.
