Job summary

Allsopp & Allsopp Group is seeking a creative Social Media Manager for Dubai’s Off-Plan department. You will collaborate with real estate agents to craft engaging content, film tours, and grow online presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook.

Allsopp & Allsopp is a leading real estate company in Dubai, with over 500 employees from across the UK and beyond. We are an ambitious and growing business with a strong presence in the Dubai property market.

The Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to support our Off-Plan department.

You will work closely with our real estate agents to help them create engaging content, build their personal brands and grow their online presence across all social media platforms.

From filming property videos and creating reels to managing content calendars and keeping up with social media trends, you will play an important role in showcasing our agents, developments and projects across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Off-Plan agents to plan and create social media content.
• Film and edit engaging video content, including property tours, reels and agent-led videos.
• Manage and support content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Help agents develop their personal brands and grow their online following.
• Create content calendars and manage consistent posting schedules.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, sounds and new features.
• Create graphics, captions and engaging written content.
• Monitor engagement, reach and performance across social channels.
• Support campaigns promoting new developments, launches and off-plan projects.

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Confident filming and editing short-form video content.
• Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Creative with a good eye for content and visual presentation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with different personalities and supporting multiple agents.
• Experience in real estate or property marketing would be an advantage.
