Job summary

Confidential company is seeking an experienced social media specialist to lead strategy and content production for its brands in the UAE. The role requires 5–7 years in social media, preferably with F&B exposure, and experience across multiple platforms.

Arabic language skills are preferred. You will craft a brand social media strategy, plan daily content, coordinate campaigns, and analyze metrics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions, while collaborating with marketing and operations

• 5–7 years of experience in the role.
• F&B experience preferred.
• Multi social media channels, native platforms experience preferred.
• Arabic speaker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build brand social media strategy including benchmarking, aesthetic direction, communication pillars, channel mix, in collaboration with marketing managers.
• Prepare monthly content calendars in line with brand marketing plans, campaigns and paid social ads.
• Analyze performance data to optimize content, posting times, and creative formats; contribute to monthly marketing report.
• Suggest and test new content ideas to increase reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Work closely with the marketing manager and operations team to align content with business needs.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish daily social-first content (photos, videos, Reels, TikToks, Stories) for both brands.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
• Own the day-to-day management of brand social channels with support from marketing teams.

• Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.

Social Media Management

• Own the day-to-day management of brand social channels with support from marketing teams
• Schedule and publish posts with consistency and attention to detail.
