Job summary

algahwaalarabiya in Abu Dhabi is seeking a strategic Social Media and Content Lead to drive its online presence across social platforms, blogs and newsletters.

You will lead content creation, manage campaigns and influencers, mentor teams, and align brand messaging with marketing goals while producing bilingual Arabic and English captions and data-driven performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a leadership role.
• Influencer outreach and day-to-day shooting of reels, TikTok, BTS and stories
• Produce daily content and brief the creative producer for campaign-level work
• Bilingual Arabic and English captioning
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, CMS and digital marketing tools
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and drive strategy
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
