Golden Goose in Abu Dhabi—The Grove is seeking a passionate talent to build our customer experience with a focus on co-creation and personalized service. The role centers on transforming GG items into distinctive pieces that reflect client needs and identity.

The Sneaker Maker will guide clients through a unique co-creation journey, support sales goals, ensure GDPR compliance, and use tools like Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore and Stealth to enhance engagement.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Retail or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills.
• Artistic drawing skills with marker, watercolor, acrylic; basic sewing.
• Empathy, clear communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Co-create personalized GG products with clients using drawing/illustration.
• Guide clients through a unique co-creation experience in-store.
• Support sales through cross-selling and upselling; assist with pre/post-sale activities.
• Register customers on Golden App for segmentation and profiling.
• Maintain co-creation area per visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with opening/closing, inventory, GDPR and health & safety compliance.
• Utilize Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth to enhance processes.
