Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to achieve sales objectives and monitor KPIs.
• Guide team to reach commercial targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Engage customers with product information and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide customer insights on pricing and store services.
• Foster strong customer relationships and personal experiences.
• Act as brand ambassador and train staff on GG collections.
• Support onboarding and daily store operations including opening/closing.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and health & safety standards.
• Utilize Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore and other digital tools.
• Coordinate clienteling activities with CRM for segmentation.
