Job summary

Golden Goose Group in Abu Dhabi's The Grove invites a creative Sneaker Maker to co-create personalized GG products with clients, transforming ideas into distinctive pieces while upholding the brand's storytelling.

You will guide customers through the co-creation journey, support sales with cross-selling, register clients on the Golden App, and help maintain store operations, compliance, and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and time management.
• Artistic drawing skills (markers, watercolor, acrylic; basic sewing).
• Empathy, communication and teamwork.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business and customers.
• High school degree; design background preferable.
• Location: Abu Dhabi The Grove.

Responsibilities

• Co-create personalized GG products with clients using drawing techniques.
• Guide clients through a co-creation experience, upholding brand values.
• Support sales with cross-selling and up-selling; assist pre- and post-sale activities.
• Register customers on Golden App for segmentation.
• Maintain the co-creation area per visual merchandising standards.
• Assist store operations: opening/closing, inventory, GDPR and safety compliance.
• Use IT tools to enhance engagement: Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth.
