Golden Goose in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Assistant (Style Maker) to welcome clients and craft complete, personalized Golden looks. You will explain heritage and values, while delivering a high level of service and building lasting client relationships.

The role emphasizes omnichannel engagement, product knowledge, store presentation, and alignment with GDPR and health & safety standards. Fluency in English is mandatory and 1–3 years in luxury retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
• Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor industry trends and understand local market (online and offline).
• Flexible to evolving business needs and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in expressing their personality through dream looks and contribute to store success.
• Engage in the sales process by providing product insights and suggesting add-ons and cross-sells.
• Cultivate relationships with clients using omnichannel approaches and personalized offers.
• Contribute to store presentation and ensure visual standards align with brand image.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory and compliance with GDPR and health & safety.
• Utilize IT and digital tools to enhance engagement (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth).
