Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Min. 3 years in SME banking or commercial banking with proven portfolio growth.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Professional certifications in banking or finance would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve defined financial KPI's for the year focusing on SME growth across FX, Trade, assets, and deposits.
• Build and maintain relationships with SME clients within the portfolio.
• Understand clients' business operations, financial needs, and challenges.
• Acquire new SME clients and grow the existing portfolio to achieve growth targets.
• Regularly assess the portfolio to ensure KPI alignment and growth.
