Job summary

Ali & Sons Group in Dubai is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the Skoda sales team with reporting, ordering, invoicing, and stock information. The role involves close collaboration with the Brand Manager and Sales Team to ensure accurate data and timely communication.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma, English fluency, and strong computer skills to work with reporting systems and standard applications. Arabic is a plus for this UAE-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma required.
• General understanding of business operations.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic preferred.
• Computer literacy with reporting systems and standard applications.
• Key competencies: accountability, communication, integrity, problem-solving, initiative, adaptability, teamwork, CRM.

Responsibilities

• Update the Skoda vehicle reporting system in line with Skoda Principal and Ali & Sons requirements.
• Place all Skoda vehicle orders, ensuring updates and changes are maintained per Skoda bulletins.
• Provide the Sales Team with accurate vehicle specification and pricing information.
• Check and confirm all Skoda invoices and ensure timely follow-up.
• Process all internal sales invoices and related documentation.
• Maintain the internal stock board and stock lists, ensuring information is accurate.
• Coordinate vehicle checking at the port and ensure timely transfer to storage.
• Prepare and complete weekly Skoda Principal reports, including customer details for CSS.
• Complete and submit monthly support claims to Skoda Principal.
• Manage external reports, processing, and filing related to extended warranties.
• Provide administrative support to the Brand Manager.
