Job summary

Ali & Sons Motors – After Sales Services is seeking a Workshop Administrator to support branch operations, maintain accurate records, and coordinate between Service and Workshop teams at Dubai site.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma, fluent English, and familiarity with SAP, EDP, and EDMS is an advantage. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma required.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Knowledge of SAP, EDP and EDMS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Frontline and Back-office teams with daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate branch records, documents, and filing systems.
• Manage job card storage, filing, and document transfers.
• Maintain Courtesy Car and employee records.
• Prepare HR requirements for monthly payroll, including attendance, leave, RTD, PR, and GRN creation.
• Monitor attendance, absence justifications, and leave applications in SAP and EDP.
• Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and presentations as required.
• Support the Service Manager with office-related activities and other administrative duties.
