• Ensure works are executed safely, efficiently and to required quality.

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Site Supervisor to manage interior fit-out and construction projects in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in carpentry and joinery, strong site supervision capabilities, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades and stakeholders while ensuring quality, safety, productivity, and timely project completion.

Salary: AED 7,000 per month

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and construction, including site supervision.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Proven experience supervising:Carpenters & joiners
• Electricians
• Plumbers
• Masons
• Painters
• HVAC technicians
• General labourers
• Strong coordination experience with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and workshop teams.
• Candidates with substantial carpentry and joinery supervision experience will be highly preferred.

Technical Competencies

• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and joinery drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry and joinery fabrication and installation, including:Kitchens
• Wardrobes
• Doors
• Cabinetry
• Wall panelling
• Ceilings
• Bespoke furniture
• Good understanding of timber, plywood, MDF, veneers, laminates, finishes, adhesives, fittings, and hardware.
• Verify site measurements, setting-out, levels, alignment, tolerances, fixing methods, and finishing quality.
• Coordinate partitions, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and MEP works with joinery installations.
• Identify drawing discrepancies, site clashes, defects, and technical issues and obtain approved solutions before execution.
• Prepare material take-offs, manpower requirements, work sequences, and realistic project schedules.
• Implement site safety procedures, inspection protocols, and quality-control checklists.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email, reporting, scheduling tools, and AutoCAD or similar drawing-review software.

• Ensure all works are executed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
