Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Interior Fit-Out Supervisor in the UAE to lead day-to-day site activities, including interior fit-out and MEP works, managing manpower, subcontractors, materials, and project execution.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years UAE interior fit-out experience, strong practical knowledge of fit-out and MEP, ability to coordinate multiple trades, read architectural drawings, and ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit-out and MEP activities at project sites.
• Manage and coordinate workers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Read and understand architectural, interior, shop, and MEP drawings.
• Supervise gypsum partitions and ceilings, painting, flooring, tiling, carpentry, joinery, doors, glass, aluminium, and other interior finishing works.
• Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting, drainage, and other MEP activities with interior works.
• Ensure proper coordination between MEP services and ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery, and other finishes.
• Monitor site dimensions and actual conditions before commencing works.
• Coordinate multiple trades and ensure proper sequencing of activities.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure works are completed according to the approved project schedule.
• Inspect ongoing and completed works to ensure required quality and finishing standards.
• Identify technical issues, drawing discrepancies, clashes, and site constraints and report them to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
• Coordinate material deliveries, storage, distribution, and site requirements.
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, building management, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with site HSE requirements and building regulations.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and protection of completed works.
• Assist with inspections, testing, snagging, rectification, and final handover.
• Prepare daily site progress updates and report delays, access restrictions, material shortages, and technical issues to management.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Interior Fit-Out Supervisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day site activities, including interior fit-out and MEP works, manpower, subcontractors, materials, and project execution. The ideal candidate must have strong practical knowledge of interior fit-out and MEP works and be capable of coordinating different trades to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

• Proven experience supervising workers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Good site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and meet project deadlines.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Own car/vehicle will be an added advantage.
• Candidates available to join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Interior Fit-Out Supervisor with strong technical knowledge of both fit-out and MEP works. The candidate should be capable of independently coordinating site activities, manpower, subcontractors, MEP services, materials, and daily progress.

The candidate must be able to identify site coordination issues, understand MEP requirements, coordinate with different trades, and ensure quality execution without unnecessary delays.

Candidates without relevant UAE interior fit-out and MEP experience will not be considered.
