Job summary

Careers International seeks an experienced Site Engineer for construction and interior fit-out projects in Dubai. You will supervise site activities, coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, and ensure work follows drawings, quality standards and timelines.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with extensive site execution knowledge, including reading architectural/structural/fit-out drawings, plus AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 35 years of experience as a Site Engineer.
• Mandatory experience in Construction & Interior Fit-Out projects.
• Strong knowledge of site execution methods and fit-out works.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and fit-out drawings.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, consultants and project teams.
• Good knowledge of site quality and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction and fit-out site activities.

• Monitor progress and ensure activities are completed on schedule.

• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.

Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities coordinating with project teams and subcontractors and ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings quality standards and project timelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction and fit-out site activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers Consultants Subcontractors Suppliers and site teams.
• Review architectural and construction drawings and identify site requirements.
• Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
• Coordinate manpower materials and equipment requirements at the site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and workmanship standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage.
• Experience handling commercial residential or interior fit-out projects is preferred.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
