Job summary

TOP ROCK INTERIORS LLC in Dubai is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and joinery projects. You will supervise daily site activities, ensure work aligns with approved drawings, and coordinate with engineers, PMs, MEP teams and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires 3–5 years UAE experience in interior fit-out/joinery, strong leadership, and proficiency in reading construction drawings and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience as Site Supervisor in interior fit-out/joinery projects.
• Interior fit-out experience is mandatory.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and shop drawings.
• Experience in managing site labour and subcontractors; strong coordination skills.
• Good understanding of quality control, site safety and project coordination.

Job description

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.
• Manage and monitor site manpower, subcontractors, and daily work allocation.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, MEP teams, suppliers, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure activities are completed according to the project schedule.
• Read and interpret architectural, interior, shop, and MEP coordination drawings.
• Supervise installation and finishing works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, joinery, painting, and other fit-out activities.
• Check materials delivered to site and ensure they are in accordance with approved materials and specifications.
• Identify site issues, technical discrepancies, and coordination problems and report them to the Project Engineer/Manager.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and quality requirements are maintained.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Prepare daily site reports covering manpower, progress, materials, and site activities.
• Monitor and control site wastage and ensure proper utilization of materials.
• Assist with snagging, rectification, testing, and final project handover activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Site Supervisor in Interior Fit-Out and Joinery projects.
3. Interior Fit-Out experience is mandatory.
4. Strong knowledge of fit-out execution, joinery installation, finishes, ceilings, flooring, partitions, and MEP coordination.
5. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
6. Experience in managing site labor, subcontractors, and daily project activities.
7. Good understanding of quality control, site safety, and project coordination.
8. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to handle multiple site activities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation.
11. UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.
12. Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
