Job Summary

Role duration: 27 months. Salary range: AED 25,000 - 30,000. We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior fit‑out projects ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor site progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
• Review and verify shop drawings, technical submittals, and construction documentation before execution.
• Evaluate and approve material samples to ensure compliance with project specifications and design intent.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures throughout all stages of construction.
• Prepare detailed site reports, progress updates, inspection reports, and daily activity records.
• Identify non-conformances and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients as required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Support project managers in resolving technical and construction-related issues.
• Verify completed works prior to handover and ensure snagging items are addressed promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior fit‑out projects, site supervision, or construction management.
• Proven experience supervising high‑end commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit‑out projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, finishing works, and interior fit‑out processes.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in preparing detailed technical and progress reports.
• Good working knowledge of QA/QC procedures and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with construction documentation, material approvals, and project specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction documentation software; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
