Fix My Home Technical Services LLC is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage renovation, maintenance, and technical services projects across Dubai. You will supervise day-to-day works, coordinate technicians and subcontractors, inspect sites, plan manpower and materials, and ensure high-quality, on-time completion while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Supervisor/Maintenance Supervisor in Dubai or UAE.
• Knowledge of renovation, fit-out, and general maintenance works.
• Ability to manage multiple technicians and jobs simultaneously.
• Ability to take site measurements and estimate basic material requirements.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day renovation and maintenance works at customer sites.
• Manage and coordinate technicians, helpers, and subcontractors.
• Inspect sites and understand customer requirements before starting work.
• Plan manpower, materials, tools, and daily work activities.
• Monitor the quality and progress of work and ensure timely completion.
• Supervise works including painting, plumbing, electrical, tiling, gypsum/false ceiling, carpentry, AC maintenance, and general repair works.
• Identify materials required for each job and coordinate purchasing/delivery.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and immediately highlight any issues or delays.
• Communicate professionally with customers and address site-level concerns.
• Ensure proper cleanliness and handover of the site after completion.
• Ensure technicians follow appropriate safety procedures while working.
• Support preparation of basic estimates/BOQs and measurements when required.

Fix My Home Technical Services LLC is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage and supervise our renovation, maintenance, and technical services projects across Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have good hands-on knowledge of renovation and maintenance works and be capable of managing technicians, coordinating work at site, dealing professionally with customers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

• Good knowledge of renovation, fit-out, and general maintenance works.
• Ability to manage multiple technicians and jobs simultaneously.
• Ability to take site measurements and estimate basic material requirements.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Basic English communication is required; Hindi/Urdu would be an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is highly preferred.
• Candidates with previous experience in a technical services or home maintenance company will be preferred.
