BEAUVOIR TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C in Dubai is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee maintenance, repair and fit-out activities for luxury retail stores. You will coordinate site activities, supervise technicians and subcontractors, and ensure high-quality workmanship aligned with international luxury brand standards.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication with clients and store managers, and the ability to manage multiple sites, schedules and resources

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in luxury retail fit-out or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of premium materials, finishes, joinery, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC.
• Ability to read drawings and understand technical specifications.
• Excellent English communication and client-facing skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Site Supervisor to oversee maintenance repair and fit-out activities for luxury retail stores The Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating site activities supervising technicians and subcontractors ensuring high-quality workmanship and maintaining excellent communication with clients The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work within the high standards and expectations of international luxury brands

Key Responsibilities

Site Coordination SupervisionSupervise daily maintenance repair and fit-out activities on site Coordinate technicians subcontractors suppliers and other parties involved in the works Ensure works are completed according to approved scope drawings specifications and client requirements Monitor project schedules and ensure works are completed within agreed deadlines Organize site access permits deliveries and required resources Identify site issues early and coordinate appropriate solutions Quality ControlInspect completed works and ensure they meet the required quality standards Maintain the high level of finishing expected within luxury retail environments Check materials finishes installations and workmanship before client handover Ensure defects and snagging items are corrected promptly Protect existing store finishes furniture displays and merchandise during maintenance works Client Communication ReportingAct as the main site contact between the company client representatives technicians and subcontractors Maintain professional communication with store managers and luxury brand representatives Provide regular updates regarding work progress issues delays and completion status Prepare site reports photographs completion reports and other required documentation Escalate technical or operational issues when necessary Health SafetyEnsure all works comply with company and client HSE requirements Conduct site checks and ensure technicians and subcontractors follow safe working procedures Ensure appropriate PPE is used at all times Maintain clean safe and organized working areas Ensure works are carried out with minimum disruption to store operations and customers Team Subcontractor ManagementCoordinate and supervise technicians and subcontractors on site Clearly communicate daily tasks priorities deadlines and quality expectations Monitor team performance and productivity Verify that subcontractors complete works according to agreed scope and standards Support the team in resolving technical and operational problems

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision preferably within luxury retail fit-out or maintenance Strong knowledge of maintenance and fit-out works Good understanding of premium materials finishes joinery painting electrical plumbing HVAC and general maintenance activities Experience working in operational retail environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of health safety requirements and site documentation Ability to read drawings and understand technical specifications Strong English communication skills Professional communication and client-facing skills Ability to manage multiple sites priorities and urgent interventions Valid UAE driving licence is preferred
