Job summary

TOP ROCK INTERIORS LLC is seeking a Site Supervisor in Dubai to oversee day-to-day activities ensuring compliance with project schedules and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, the ability to read and execute drawings, and enforce safety regulations.

The ideal candidate must have a Diploma/ITI in a related field and a minimum of 3–6 years of supervisory experience, particularly in GCC regions including Dubai. Familiarity with local labor laws and safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years experience in a similar supervisory role in interior fit-out.
• Must have prior GCC experience, especially in Dubai and/or KSA projects.
• Familiar with local labor laws, safety standards, and site protocols.

• Supervise day-to-day site activities ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings.
• Conduct daily site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Report site progress, delays, or issues to the project team regularly.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site activities ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and project schedules.
• Monitor and control manpower, materials, and subcontractors on site.
• Conduct daily site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants.
• Ensure materials are available on time as per site requirements.
• Report site progress, delays, or issues to the project team regularly.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to resolve on‑site technical matters.
• Support installation and handover processes.
• Enforce strict compliance with HSE regulations on‑site.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure usage of PPE by all site personnel.
• Report accidents, near‑misses, or violations immediately.
• Supervise skilled and unskilled labor and ensure efficient use of manpower.
• Guide and train workers to maintain work quality and efficiency.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of site staff.

Qualifications
