Job summary

Egis Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Director - Site to lead complex site projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with objectives, regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations.

The role requires exceptional project management expertise and strong leadership with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while coordinating multiple teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management with at least 5 years in site-based leadership.
• Experience managing budgets exceeding $5 million.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and building codes.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct all site-based project activities including planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Lead, mentor and manage cross-functional project teams with clear objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and resource allocations; analyze performance metrics.
• Manage budgets, control costs and optimize resource utilization.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks; develop contingency plans and decisive actions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards and policies; conduct audits.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and senior management; manage expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with departments and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement best practices in project management and drive process improvements.
