Job summary

Egis Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a visionary Head of Project Management to lead Design and Multidisciplinary Design PM efforts across the engineering service line, delivering complex, fast-paced projects.

You will build and mentor a high-performing PM team, implement processes, manage multiple portfolios, and report to executive leadership while driving PM excellence and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• PMI PMP certification required.
• 15 years of project management experience with 5+ years in senior PM roles in Lead Design Management in the GCC.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale complex projects in GCC.
• Expert knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile Scrum, Waterfall) and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project management strategies and best practices across the organization.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of multiple large-scale complex projects simultaneously.
• Manage project portfolios prioritizing resources and aligning projects with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and executive leadership.
• Implement and optimize PM tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to executive management.
• Drive innovation in PM practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
