Qualifications

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years as Resident Engineer for high-rise towers.
• UAE experience with Dubai standards/regulations.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities per plans, specs and schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers for smooth execution.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets standards.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and progress updates on site.
• Resolve complex engineering and construction issues as they arise.
