Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management with 5+ years site-based leadership.
• Large-scale projects with budgets > $5 million.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
• Knowledge of PM methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with budget management, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and local building codes.
• Proficiency in risk assessment and contingency planning.
• PMP certification preferred; UAE/Middle East experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all site-based project activities: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear objectives and performance expectations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage project budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; implement contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and policies; conduct audits.
• Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and senior management; provide status updates.
• Coordinate with departments and external vendors for seamless execution.
• Implement best practices and pursue process improvements.
