Job summary

Turnkey Projects LLC is seeking an experienced Site Engineer / Jr. Project Manager with strong UAE interior fit-out and renovation experience. This hands-on role focuses on day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors and materials, and ensuring high-quality completion of fit-out works.

The ideal candidate will progress toward project management, taking ownership from planning through execution while maintaining schedules and client communications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of UAE interior fit-out / renovation experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• G+1 certification with Dubai Municipality.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fit-out and renovation works following approved drawings and specifications.
• Take accurate site measurements and communicate conditions and requirements to the team.
• Review drawings, identify discrepancies and coordinate solutions before work proceeds.
• Inspect finishing works and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure snags are closed promptly.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and multiple trades to maintain project progress.
• Monitor project schedules, material deliveries and site logistics.
• Assist with procurement, material planning and resource allocation.
• Prepare progress updates and communicate project status to the team and clients.
• Follow up on outstanding works and ensure deadlines are met.

This position is specifically for candidates with 3-6 years of hands-on Site Engineer experience in the UAE interior fit-out / renovation industry only.

The following are mandatory:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE interior fit-out / renovation experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• G+1 certification with Dubai Municipality.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence with own vehicle.

Candidates without UAE fit-out/renovation experience, a UAE driving licence, and their own vehicle will not be considered.

This is not an office-based coordination position. We are looking for a hands-on Site Engineer who can independently manage day-to-day site activities, subcontractors, materials, quality, project reports, project programmes, site measurements, drawing coordination, inspections, snagging, and the timely completion of fit-out works.

About the Role:

Turnkey Renovations is looking for an experienced Site Engineer / Jr. Project Manager with strong UAE interior fit-out and renovation experience who is ready to take the next step toward project management.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands fit-out execution, finishing works, subcontractor coordination and site management and wants to gradually take ownership of projects and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Site & Technical

• Supervise daily fit-out and renovation works and ensure execution follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Take accurate site measurements and communicate existing site conditions and technical requirements to the team.
• Review drawings, identify discrepancies and coordinate solutions before work proceeds.
• Inspect finishing works and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure snags are closed promptly.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and multiple trades to maintain project progress.
• Monitor project schedules, material deliveries and site logistics.
• Assist with procurement, material planning and resource allocation.
• Prepare progress updates and communicate project status to the team and clients.
• Follow up on outstanding works and ensure agreed deadlines are met.

Project Management

• Communicate with Management regarding site progress.
• Support the Sr. Project Manager in managing project timelines, costs, deliverables and requirements .
• Gradually take ownership of assigned projects from planning through completion.

Other Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with interior finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, interior and MEP drawings.
• Good knowledge of UAE/Dubai construction requirements.
